Snow in the south Rant

I swear, every time it snows here in NC the grocery store fills with people preparing for Armageddon. And what is everyone buying? MILK BREAD AND EGGS! Perishables. What’s up with that? All I wanted was a little ice cream and a 12 pack of Soda and what I got was 30 minutes of waiting in a line listening to people complain about how treacherous the roads are.
I’m like…if the roads are so bad, why are you here and not at home?
