You're not all that far from Huntington , my wife was born an partially raised in one of them Hollars - She moved to Michigan when she was ten.
I used to come down to W. Virginia and Virginia quite a bit when I was in my 20's and early 30's ( dig alot of civil war relic hunting ) .
In the Kanoa River area are you familiar with a place called Crows Nest ? Used to be a golf course named " Crows Nest "
