Hey! Don't knock it. It really works.... I tried it out in Colorado looking for diamonds. It has an extra feature that he didn't mention. When a thunderstorm comes up, those batteries start vibrating, letting you know you are about to get hit. Only found one .04 ct diamond. But I spent most of my time trying to figure out what was making it buzz. It doesn't come with a user manual!
