Well folks, it has been too long since I have posted so I thought I would finally get some pics of my finds this year. There is more but I have had problems getting the photos on the
machine I am currently using. I have only a couple of pics of my best silver to date and none of my clad, but my clad count is well over $200 and probably closer to $300. I have found a few wheats and a few rosies, a 62 Kennedy half, and a few mercs. None of this is really too awesome as there are no key dates and most of it is in sad shape, so I chose to just show the goodies!

This is just some of the best stuff. I know I know, I am breaking this new tradition of showing the trash I have dug, but let me put it to you this way. I DUG A LOT OF TRASH TO GET THIS STUFF!! Not to mention the many hundreds upon hundreds of holes I have dug.
The Walker Halves were found in a park that dates 20s, and were found in the same hole. The rest is merely a compilation of things found at the various parks and beaches I frequent. I can definitely attest to the fact that nowhere is ever truly detected out as long as it is a place where people go.

I hope you all enjoy looking at the finds!

Silver and gold, they do go nicely together don't they. What karat do you think the diamonds are? Do you know what the stone is on the heart shaped pendant? That is some beautiful jewlery. Way to go Nash!

That's awesome Nash...Two in one hole.I'm still looking for one in one hole!!Nice dig's....I've got almost the same "heart" ring but it's plated...HH!!
I can tell you that I was shocked beyond belief when I found those puppies! Old silver is not the easiest thing to find in these parts. I had a gut feeling about that old park though and hit it hard. I had actually gotten a signal on those awhile before I dug them, but time was running short and I had to leave. I kept thinking about that signal, so I went back and hit it again and dug them up. It mader a beautiful day in the park even more beautiful, but I imagine people thought I was crazy watching me role around laughing. LOL.
Then again, maybe they are/were right!!!! ;D

Yes you did help entertain me and I appreciate it for sure. I have tried to make up for lost time though and have been hitting every place I can think of on the days when I can. SO far so good!
Thanks for the response to the post. Man it has been awhile!

Take care

The diamond clustered ring is supposed to be one carat total and is a large womans ring and is quite heavy, but it is missing one small stone...I will be repacing it shortly. The solitaire is just under a half carat and is 14k gold. The ring with all of the hearts is also 14k and I think that one is pretty old...Maybe 50s anyway.

The pendant is turquoise.

I know that so far this year I have been really having a blast when possible. I keep thinking of out of the way little places within a radius of about 30 miles and hitting them over and over. It is working so far and I plan on keep it up. Of course the fourth of July, I will be concentrating on the beaches for some more bling!!!

Have a great day and Happy hunting!

Thanks BDoo!
The amount of clad found on a strip of beach about 200 feet by 80 feet here is truly astounding. It is the main beach entrance and once I got to know right where to go I found a never ending supply of clad. It just keeps coming and I keep digging!!! I am not too proud to make clad runs on a regular basis and maybe find a ring or two in the process. I really do like those older parks though. It is much more challenging!

Nash,

Great finds, my friend. I really, really, REALLY like the Walkers. Great jewelry too, that bling looks big!

Are they all with the Ace? I'm really impressed with the 250's ability to find jewelry (at least when its there!). Of course, I'm not a fool...I'm saving all of my clad to buy BDoo's older Garrett. That sucker is the jewelry bomb!

That would be sweet - two Walkers in a hole! ;D

Those gold rings are also very nice. Look pricey. $$$ :)

Yep . All of it was found with the Ace250....BUT that Ace is now back in Texas after going to hell in a handbasket. :P I turned it on and it started falsing over and over and over. SO I shut her down and restarted it and after that it just wouldnt detect ANYTHING!!! One thing I realize is that it is a piece of electronic equipment and often time SOMETHING goes wrong. I STILL love that thing to pieces! I called Garrett and they apologized profusely and are fixing or replacing it right now and it will be home shortly.

And if you get a detector the belonged to BDOO, I hope some of that BDoo luck comes with it!!! What a treasure findin' fool!!!! LOL What I mean to say is that wherever BDoo goes there seems to be freaking jewelry and coinage. Amazing finds all the time :o :o :o

Thanks much to all of you that have replied to this post....You are all a great bunch of people and I consider it a privilege to be able to see your finds and be in contact with you all.

Thanks again and happy hunting!
