Rubies under UV lights.
Easy way to find and judge them.

Some of the gold from our Monster Hog run last week.
Crappy dirt.... but lots of gems.

Picture from the field yesterday.
RiverHog mat in dredge after short test on new ground.

Mmmm.... sweet color Doc! Thx for the tip on the Rubies, does the UV light also light up Garnets as well? What other stones stand out under the light?
I'm terribly color blind, but I can see gold just fine ;) Spotting neat rocks is hard unless I catch em in my pan under really good light.

Thanks for the pics!

Doc must buy your cons else where. Those are all classified. Thought they came right off the sluice or dredge. Into the bag.

The only ones I know of are sapphires, rubies and diamonds.
Diamonds turn bright blue.

The rubies and the gold in the pan were from a controlled testing run we did last week with the Monster Hog.
Measuring high viscosity slurry and feed rates for customers in countries with those issues.
