Some iron object from the Fort not sure if it’s something or not?

Went to the Fort today. So hard digging in shells and iron. All I found was this iron thing I’ve learned not to throw away any large iron from this place. Any idea?

19th century, maybe a little newer, but the cast iron is industrial age stuff.
