Hey

here some pictures from the last rounds on the fields. I was really happy to find this sestertius and this very rare denar.
A friend of mine found the Dupondius of Vespasianus and the AS of Drusus they are in a fine condition too :hello2:

Enjoy!

Well you got a correct ID above, so must be some interest. I'm not sure what 'newbies' expect, your not going to get an immediate 'hail' of 'awesome finds dude'. You will get a response based on how long you have been around & how much time you build up peoples interest.
Plus the 'Europeans' who will have a greater interest haven't learnt to look for your name & see what you got. I for one only just saw this & my response is:

The Ses. is in great condition & a hard coin to get as they have normally been whipped off the site in the early days of detecting, plus they didn't lose many. WELL DONE :hello2:

The Roman Denarius is always a special find & once again it have good condition on both sides :headbang:

WELCOME to Tnet :hello: Stick around & keep the good finds & pictures coming....

Your denarius is really nice!! congrats but I love brooches! congrats on that too

:hello:

Very Nice coins, the bronzes fair better were you are than here :-\ I really like the Crossbow Brooch even though it's incomplete, it also looks like it was Silvered when it first made...great find, look forward to more of your finds :icon_thumleft:....Welcome to Treasure Net :icon_thumleft:

Silver Searcher.

I'm very interested in ancient coins, as I'm sure many Americans are. Totally awesome that you found a Vittelius and a Galba the same day. Fantastic Banner all the way!, Kane 23

Super roman coins .

Nice Denarius and Sesterz too. It looks like You have good soil there. Even the 50 Pfennig is in pretty shape for the material it is made of....

wow very nice

those are awesome... the one in the center of the group shot is HUGE!

Thanks for your replies and the congrats. :icon_thumright:
I didn't find the sestertius and the denar on the same day. That would be a bit too much luck, or? :notworthy:

The brooche is only silvered, but in a really good condition. It's really a pitty that it's incomplete...damn.
