About the size of a nickel , brass or copper, same on both sides.

Dunno why it is marked solved. It is an apothecary weight - used in 1900s pharmacies as a balance scale weight. Scale sets were sold with a set of similar weights marked in "Drachms" and these are often confused with tokens.
