South Bend-Elkhart Area Group hunt/Club

well lets see how the weather looks later this week maybe we can meet have coffee and a short hunt, i wanna hunt!!
 

I just got the latest forecast from Rick M. and it's not looking good...snow in the morning, hi of 35. And windy too.

I'll be upbeat and think sunny and 45, how's that?!
 

According to acuweather the next 15 days are supposed to be crap...rain and/or snow...this is on my top ten list of "things that suck"!
 

Can a Michigander get in on this gettogether hunt/coffee break ? I live in Niles.

Maybe a spot in Mishawaka might be a halfway point for everyone? open for ideas..

Hey Greg,
Maybe Clay Township Park might be a good meet and greet also. Has a Pavillion and lots to hunt. I'll include a link and let others give their 2cents.

I might be out of commission this weekend, being my back is killing me. Greg made me dig his finds last Sunday up in Michigan. It seems he didn't want to get his hands all roughed up after doing the laundry and the dishes. :sign10:

Okay, Okay, I'll fess up. It didn't happen quite like that, but I'll let it go.......... for now LOL!!!!
 

Still waiting to see what the weather wants to do so far it does not sound great 35 and snow.....

Thought maybe since you know Rick M. you could pull some strings and ask for 50's-60's for Sunday. Guess I will have to ask the other Meteorologist in the Bend. :toothy2:

35 snow in south bend hmmm so going by the past elkhart will be 40+ and sunny hehe....
 

I work w/ Rick M. and WILL make it a point to chat w/ him this afternoon before I head out to dig:)

Im good for next weekend as long as its not gonna be like this weekend, but I have to finish my daughters bedroom before the warden will let me out for to long,lol! I should be done this weekend for sure tho.
 

when the weather decides to be nice to us we will get something going, maybe we can just do coffee or something over the weekend

I can saturday afternoon or sunday anytime... but if its nice out coffee and a small hunt :)
