Ok, the USO club is city property just need to get an affirmative on the MDing. Have the owner of the fairgrounds and have a couple of contacts there, need to get a ok there too. Get a message to you shortly.

I just put them in water for awhile, then scrub them with a small dish brush. Doesn't get the beautiful but get the crud off them so you can see what you have.

Who's up for this Saturday, Feb. 7th. Have two spots around the corner from Hawkins School. Both had 5-6 houses on the 1960 imagery, gone now, one has been hunted, the other not too much if it has at all. Deer season will be over Feb. 15th, officially, and we can be planning a day to hit the location we talked about last week. Of course this is an open invitation to anyone who can make it. Meet a Hawkins School around 8:30/9:00 and go from there.

I would like to be there, but I think this weekend is the weekend of the Hattiesburg Mardi Gras parade and I have to been roped into pulling a float for the parade.

Update on the USO Club, going to be a NO GO. It is on city property but managed and maintained by the ADP. They have paved a good bit of the area and landscaped it very nice, and really don't want it disturbed. So we will move on the the next idea.

A good friend of mine detected the drive in when it first closed, said they found only a lot of junk mostly.

The drive-in is still being checked on, so don't give up. Have some other info to relay but want to keep it in the group right now till I am sure about it. Shannon is not going to make it, company in town. Might just be a couple of us tomorrow, putting out an invite to two more tonight.
