After being buried in snow and ice for the past week, it finally warmed up enough today get out again. I spent a few hours this afternoon sloshing around in the snow, slush, dirt and mud. I got pretty wet and muddy and somehow managed to end up with a mild sunburn on my face and neck
The slush also accumulated and stuck inside the voids of the coil making it pretty heavy which created a constant chore to dislodge it. I am not complaining, I got out today and was able to detect, so its all good
My efforts were rewarded with three wheats, a 1953 Rosie and a silver shell.
