We rode down to Mt. Princeton and checked out St. Elmo, since the weather's nice. Can't detect as it's pretty much privately owned.

Wow, Rginn,

You live in an area that would be so pleasureable to explore. I really love the scenery, and seeing what is left
of the old western towns. And now that I metal detect they are even more attractive to me now. I once visited a
ghost town in Montana. I loved it so much that I would like to see more and have the time to really explore them.

I look foreward to and enjoy your pics of your country out there.

W W, that sure is a pretty site. Kinda reminds me of the worn down section of Central City, CO as I seen it 24+ yrs ago, been back since that time and it was nothing but gambling establishments.

Have you been to the Iron City Graveyard? It has some neat Headstones. I've got a picture taken from the first curve, of the lake and cabin, here in my office. i will have to scan it and post it

Camera is a Canon Rebel XS with the 18-55mm lens. I got it new for $600 and then bought an additional 75-300mm lens. It's 10.1 megapixels. There's a whole lot of things you can do with it but I'm still learning, so I used the landscape setting for this one. Actually, I think that little Sony Maria has, 12.1 megapixels, and half the price, shoots just as good of pictures. I saw all the really good pictures on here, thought I'd like to do that, especially since where I'm at every where you look looks like something on a postcard. I gotta buy a Macro Lens next.
