C X A "Crossed Arrow(s)" or is that too obvious?

OR perhaps:
Solid Silver Cross Arrows' William Hutton & Sons footed Sauce Boat from normasjewels on Ruby Lane

Is it just a chain or is there a pendant or other on it? What it holds might be more telling.
