Started 2008 w/a ring!!!!

[mtbiker]

Had off today, so I hit a local park. Weather was beautiful - low 70s. Found $.87 in clad, a sinker (never found one with a MD before!), piece of copper wire, a Scripto lighter made in Japan and a sterling silver ring! Found most of the stuff in the relic mode. I generally hunt in coin mode. Guess I'll have to go back and hit the parks that I used the coin mode!!! HH!!!!!!

Hi MtBiker

Guess if you are gonna get a day off in January that 70+ degrees just might qualify as a great one. Glad that you were able to get out and that you found a little something too. Like that little silver ring.

Thanks for sharing with us
