Possibly a late 1800's to early 1900's statue. Can't quite read the whole name of the maker, the writing in the last pic would tell you whom he/she was.
That might aid in you in further research yourself.

Suggestion: Clean the grooves in the name; it may then become more legible. After cleaning, you may also pencil trace the name for greater clarity.
