Sterling Silver Ring Band

[Randy Combs]

Tuesday I found a ring with STERLING on the inside and TRUTH on the outside. In 5 years I have not been able to dig in February due to frozen ground, This week I have been out twice and both days were great.

[Subterranean]

Congrats on digging in February and finding the elusive silver ring! Nothing better than sterling bling in the pouch...well gold bling maybe...Sub

Nice finds! Thanks for sharing...

So you have found truth, and it is silver! Congrats!
Glad there wasn't any consequences with that truth!
May the silver and gold find you!

[BagLady]

Cabin Fever, huh? Can't blame you. Nice ring.

I know what you mean Randy. It's been great being able to detect here in NY too. In the last 5 days I pulled 12 pieces of silver including a seated dime, 9 Indians including an 1864-L and 3 colonials. I'm way ahead of last year. Nice ring. Any day with a piece of silver is a good day.

The Sterling Ring is a really nice find.
I have been on 8 hunts already this year.
Not only has the weather cooperated, The NYC Parks Department got our permits processed and returned in record time. I have a feeling that this is going to be a banner year.

Nice find congrats on the silver

The Truth shall set you free....So I should be good to go!

[Professor of Engineering]

Cool ring find! Congratualtions!

I know what you mean, been detecting every day since February 17; ended today because of rain and cold!

[ajaj]

Bloody hell...nice find for February! The ground is frozen here in New York. Oh, when I say New York, I mean "real" New York. Start in New York City and drive north for 6 hours; don't forget your toque and fur-lined jock strap.

I see we're hunting the same turf. Congrats on a nice find! I'm a little jealous as I haven't made it out yet - was thinking this sunday or next week.

[The Urban Prospector]

It will be nice here this weekend

What a nice find. Makes you wonder what the story behind the ring was, fun conversation piece too. Congrats on the 2 great days of hunting Randy with hopes that the ground thaws out a bit.
