STL Quarter

I found this STL at the beach this morning, it looks like the last number of the date is a 7? What do you guys think?
I know the thing has been laying in the PO for years so whats the difference? Still curious.

You may get the date in a dark room and very low angle light , Good find

The date was probably already worn off when it was lost. Finding old silver on the beach is always a rush. , TONY
