Strange Rock?

So I have been going through some different dirt and have now found 3 different tiny black rocks that have gold mixed in with the rock. I don't know what kind of rock this is, or know why there is gold in it, so I was hoping someone could shed some light on this possibly. Thanks

You may have telluride. This is a rich gold-bearing rock that sometimes is coal-black in color.
