I found a very smooth white round rock like ball. Very very harden and has marks in it and is very round but not 100% round but close. Can anyone help with an idea of what this might be? It was 1 foot under ground and was found in Alabama/Mississippi line. Very smooth rock but strange. Looks and reminds me of a cue ball but is not 100% round or size of a pool cue ball. Please help if you have any ideas thanks!

Welcome also Tommy

Maybe it’s something from an alien world that they dropped while visiting out planet in ancient past...or maybe not! :laughing7: :dontknow:

Regardless, welcome! :occasion14:

Wow, that is neat that you have found some also. I am thinking of doing the same thing because I have had so many different people tell me different things I’m not sure what it could be. Thanks for all of the help

some sort of cannon ball?

Looks like what I found last year. Search “Dino eggs” in the What’s It forum on Tnet. We actually split one in half. Pretty sure they are ceramic mill balls.

It looks to me like a Ntive American gaming ball. Look it up, especially if it has inconsistencies.

I was thinking Native American gaming stone as well but wouldn't it be neat, if it was actually a Gall Stone or Kidney Stone from a Dinosaur??!!
