strange silver plated case

[junkhunter]

Hunted a house from 1830's today. It had a lot of work done 30 years ago.Inc a back fill i think. But i did get a few signals that weren't clad. Most interesting was a silver plated thing shaped like a pocket watch. It had a round piece of glass on inside. No idea what it is.Buckle with R was from a few weeks back but forgot to post it.
