Wazzz up folks...just grinding along. Been a bit slow for me considering broken machines, and busy with fishing, and marketing a new invention for fishing. But there has been gold and silver in the swim holes.

The invention has created quite a stir, and we debuted to the public at the ICAST fishing show a couple weeks ago. Have support from all sorts of people including the " billfish foundation" the "guy harvey foundation" "marlin magazine/in the bite magazine" and many other big names in both the fishing world, and the conservation world....now we tackle mass production and manufacturing. Hoping to get the first 1000 units to the market place ASAP!! The future is bright !! Definitely cut into my detecting time this summer though. Had to order a new machine today, and ready to hit it hard on the last half of this summer season now !!

Thank you surfnturf....it has been a pleasant surprise at all the attention and buzz over the invention, and yes...the north east fishing community has shown alot of intrest in the new tool. Working on manufacturing and full production. Soon I will be looking to get it out to the general fishing public. So you never know....i may take you up on your offer at some point in the near future. Working on an article for marlin magazine, and in the bite magazine for there big end of year new product review !! The future is bright, and a brand is forming around the invention. The since of accomplishment is wonderful, and having industry leaders approve, endorse, and support its development and marketing has been huge in terms of confidence moving forward....now its time to start the process of actually profiting from it. Inventing something useful and profitable has been one of the most satisfying and fulfilling journeys of my life !!

Thanks 2peas...to be clear that was a combination of at least 3 different short hunts at several small private swimming holes. Over time in my community I have been able to foster many permissions to the smaller private home owner parks, along with some of the bigger private resorts that are mainly off limits to the average detectorists. These small parks have been game changers when used in combination with the bigger mega spots where competition with other detectorists is fierce!!

New machine arrived on Tuesday. Took it out of the box, and tested at a very small swimming spot...first target was a 925 earring back. This showed me that sensitivity is great, and the micro targets are back on the menu. Then yesterday 2 gold rings, and several silver pieces along with the typical pile of fakes and costume pieces. So working quickly to offset the cost of the new machine. Couple more small golds and she's all paid off !! Yesterday was target after target at one of the mega spots !!
