I found myself standing at a little known but 200+ year old park last night with about 1/2 hour of daylight left, but I was there at my 4 year old son's behest. He had a digger in hand and was happily stabbing away at the ground whenever I got a signal to dig. We only dug 4 signals by dark, but the last one was a goodie - an 1840 Seated Dime about 4" deep. This was a pleasant surprise, indeed! The signifigance of this find was completely lost on my son - he looked at it and mumbled "It's just a penny" but told me to find more. Unfortunately it was too dark and the skeeters were attacking us full force. We will get back out here someday soon, though Take care and HH, Mike.
