Went cladding at a local park, just to get some more time in on my new machine. Got a nickel signal at 4 1/2 inches, thought hey, this might be deep enough for a buffalo. To my surprise it was a "v" nickel. 1902. Pic is after a ketchup bath. HH all Dan

Last summer I dug a counterfeit. Then two more real ones. HH ffd
 
I would love to see one of them come out! a huge congrats! :headbang: What is the ketchup trick? just rub in and rinse? :dontknow:
