Made it out 2 days ago for a bit I was thinking it was gonna be really productive after all the rain but not so much I was great full to find these 2 tho. It’s funny how on the way out I’m thinking I’m gonna kill it I’m gonna find a bunch than after an hour or two in with no finds it’s changes too “just one nice point and I’ll be happy and call it a day “ and than soon as I find one it’s “ well if this ones here here’s gotta be a few more laying around “ .... and that’s how a quick hunt turns into out for hours
Found this nice little heat treated jasper point it still has a bit of the original cortex on the one side

You have that point hunting scenario pegged, been there many times.Excellent pair.Is the one with indented base a different variety of Levanna?

I think the black flint is definitely Levanna the jasper could possibly be a Susquehannock Triangle. However there is several types these small triangle shaped points fall under in my area and some of them have the exact same description and characteristics ..... can make it challenging for an amateur to tell the difference.
