Tag ID Help

[hurt.ronnie]

I believe it is a tag but do not know what for. It is what I think is copper and has very nice color to have been so dirty out of the ground . 14 is punched into it but the 4 is crooked could these numbers have been stamped individually. Has reading on outer edge on both faces of the tag

Probably a tool tag.
