TB Secret Message

I bought an old desk at an antique store and found a message in a secret compartment. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the Beale treasure.

Don't post you answer. Just post i "solved it".

Rather than all the usual back and forth i thought I try something different.
This one isn't hard to solve but i could keep making them harder.

Did anyone solve it?

You don't have to print this puzzle just download it to your phone and open it in your android gallery, click edit.
Touch the smiley face along the bottom and you will be in draw mode.
Just scratch off the words you find.

There should be a similar feature for phones.
