Teller tray $8.50 = 10 silvers!

I wasnt planning to crh today only metal detect. Glad I made this stop. They had $8.50 in halves which gave 1965x2, 1966x2, 1967x2, 1968x1, 1969x3 this is my best half score of the year

Don't mean to hijack your thread, but I got my first teller tray silver today. I'm not even a member of the credit union, but it is right next to my main bank so I check in from time to time. Asked for halves, he had none, but was cool and walked around and asked the other tellers - $3 in halves and one was a '64! He knew it too, he said "Ah, you're lucky, there's a silver one in there, that's worth at least 5 bucks", but he hesitantly handed it over anyways. Awesomeness! I just played dumb and thanked him for his efforts.

I never see any in teller trays anymore. If I do, it's always clad. I had a teller ask me to leave some rolls out for her next time instead of in the bag to send off because people want rolls of halves. LOL. Too many CRHers around these parts.
