teller tray find

Picking up two boxes of dimes and the teller had a nice 1957 quarter, gave it to me no hassle. Good luck out there.

I was picking up coins today n the next teller tray over had a walking liberty half, i was so excited as ive never even seen a silver in a tray before, but when i asked for it another teller said it was hers...

So if the customer doesn't get his/her way, cry to the mgr.?....the customer isn't always right or correct....deal with the loss and go somewhere else

Simply for the teller to avoid this by NOT HAVING THE SILVER IN SIGHT.

I do think tellers have a right to any coins that they come across its a perk of the job, but i do agree if ur gunna buy it then do so, and take it out of my sight

I've said it before and I'll say it again, tellers buying silver like that is like retail employees having the first crack at Black Friday sales. The coin should have removed from the tray if it's spoken for, otherwise it's fair game.
