Tesoro tejon battery compartment replacement terminals?

Hey guys. Does anyone know where I can get replacement batter terminal connections for the Tesoro tejon? I let my detector sit for a while and cheap battery corroded it.

This is similar but not sure it is same size. Just search "AA battery compartment solder terminals".
Amazon sells a 10-pack, but this link will give you the physical dimensions of the part to verify compatibility. (I think they are the same but do your own due diligence)
