Patterson's United States Swastika Tokens book lists this under both Chicago, IL and Baltimore, MD saying the Solarine company was located in both cities. He also has an article on the "Don't Worry Club" which was started in 1901. The swastika first appeared on tokens as the membership emblem of that club in 1908.

The Swastika was referred to as a good luck symbol long before the Nazionale Party adopted it as their symbol.
I have seen swastikas over the entrance door to older Buddhist temples.
Congrats on a cool find.
