The Dunlap?

Good Morning. I found the attached and can't find anything about it. Searched for envelope openers, seamstress tools, etc. Anyone have any idea what this is? Reads The Dunlap on one side, then on the other it looks like Pat Feb and then 4 numbers but can't really make them out.

Good ID DCMatt. I've been looking through pages of Dunlap tools and knives and could come up with nothing. You would think I'd be a Dunlap expert because my gut dunlaped over my belt years ago.
