First off the employee lied or she doesn't know the rules herself! When she asked me to leave a couple weeks ago she told me I was only allowed to hunt from 7-9 am only. I read the sign posted there this morning and it is 6am to 9am and from 5pm til closing. DUH And on the email that the parks sent me it just says I can only hunt the beach area, not anywhere else including the playgrounds and says I must park in designated area only but does not state specific hours. **sigh**
Well I found more earrings. Three of them all hoops and all cheap. This makes 18 of them in the last couple of weeks; 30 cents in clad, a fish hook (which I forgot to take out of my shirt pocket before I threw it in the washer), a nut and a few other pieces of junk. Not bad but I was hoping for a ring. Oh well. The water was yucky this morning. Lots of grass floating by - tons of it. Some kind of white foam too. It stayed that way until about an hour before I left then it started clearing up. By the time I finally did leave it was pretty again.
I saw another MD'er there hunting the dry sand but didn't speak to him.
I saw my old people exercising and they all said hello including the one old lady that complained about me before. She actually smiled at me and said hello. Maybe it was because I showed a couple of them some of the stuff I pull out of the water (not the jewelry) such as the fish hooks and now they think I'm great! I hear them talking to each other as they pass by, "She picks up all kinds of junk and she even has found fish hooks, imagine!"
Maybe I'm starting to "grow" on her?
