The key used for Cipher #2: The key 1.0 is a version of the United States Declaration of Independence.
1. There is more than one key used for the encrypted cipher #2.
2. The false key is a fake key to throw off the true decryption.
3. The real key will give you a clean decipherment. The errors in the decryption from the 1800s are only there so the real decrypted text can be made without errors!
Consider starting over if your decryption lacks readable words with missing letters from the English language as used between 1776 and 1840.
- The Declaration is numbered word-by-word.
- A few small adjustments to the standard text produce a clean, readable decryption, which has been thought of for years, is an ERROR!
- Once those adjustments are made, as previously thought, a good text is manipulated in ERROR!
