1. Why don't you take Carl's test?

2. What do you feel is wrong with Carl's test?

3. What do you think is a fair test?


So far, only one person has answered these questions, and in what I consider to be a logical manner, as follows:

1. I would take Carl's test if he were here. I also might fail it, as my hunts in the past were not always successful. Since I didn't have a 100% success rate in the field, I shouldn't expect more during a test.

2. In my opinion, I think Carl's test is properly set up.

3. In my opinion, I think Carl's test is fair.

Eddie, I commend you for your straightforward and honest answers!




Now, as for your request for my answer, I think you are referring to these posts---

It seems that for proof, the LRL promoters tell us about all their successful hunts, and give the "testimonials" of "other people," and then say, "trust us to be telling you the truth."

As far as LRL'ers saying "trust us to be telling you the truth"....please quote that post, as i do not recall EVER seeing one that said that. Or perhaps.....you are just making things up? If not, I apologize.....just post that quote for me.

I don't see what your problem is with my statement. LRL promoters are always saying that their success is the proof. Therefore, by trying to use their "word" as proof, they are asking us to trust them.

Maybe I should rephrase it, for the nit-pickers, like this---

...and then say, essentially, "trust us to be telling you the truth."

However you phrase it, it still means that the LRL promoters don't want to actually prove to anyone else that their devices really work, but instead, want us to just take their word for it. And that's asking us to trust them about it.

Do you want to nit-pick that apart further?

Here is the whole deal, spelled out very simply so even you can understand it (if you still have trouble there are people on here that will help you, I'm sure). LRL users (the users I am referring to are the ones that I have personally communicated with on this forum) Do not care to prove to you if their device works for them. They just want to be left alone to trade ideas and field techniques among themselves, but you pseudo-skeptics come bumbling out from under your bridges from time to time just to start arguments.

If the LRL'ers on here were really out to fleece people of their money (as the pseudo-skeptics claim), I think it's very odd that I've been on here for quite a while, have expressed my interest in the whole LRL phenomenon, but have yet to be contacted by anyone trying to sell me a LRL.

Actually, it's odd in the sense that you and others have made claims that there are people here on the forum that are on the payroll of LRL companies. How about some proof of your claims? You are always blubbering around wanting proof....try providing some of your own and maybe someone will take you seriously (doubtful, but it's worth a shot).

You claim to be knowledgeable in electronics......prove it.

I try to answer all questions..But it is not my problem when my answers are not expectable to them…We know that you have only used the device that was given to you one time..Having found the gold ring that you lost has peaked your interest in these devices..That simple fact has caused you to be the target of these so called experts..All their excuses as to why the LRL did not find the ring have been nothing but pure B/S…
I live 45 minutes from Reno which is a popular vacation spot. I have given many demonstrations to people who have visited Reno..I do not give them to people who’s motives are suspect to me. The gentleman who has requested a Demo this weekend and I are try to work into my schedule. ..Art
