I think anyone caught buying selling or in the possession of a marker should be prosecuted to the max ....that way it will stop the thiefs in the future if they cannot get rid if them. This is such a disrespectful thing to do and total dishonorment of our veterans.

Unfortunately, it happens quite a bit. The scrap yards can stop it if only they would stop taking them in and report those who do.
