I actually knew someone who did this, it wasn't decked out near as fancy as this one, but it was a very good way of recycling something old. It made a nice little cabin though.

I hadn't seen one like this, but I did see a house made from discarded soda and beer cans..

I saw one of these a few years ago on HGTV, it was much bigger & had a 2nd story that wrapped around, kinda like a loft. It was all decked out with hardwoods, etc........it was very, very nice!
