Third week with no skunk boxes 
. Thought the fourth box of halves might break the streak, but pulled a couple out of the last few rolls. Dimes have been what I consider to be average. Also found something new...a painted "tribute to columbia" on the back of a 2007 JFK. Anybody have any knowledge of these? Didn't find much on it with a google search.
