Bevo I believe in my rights I still am naive to believe a person is innocent till proven guilty, but again I have nothing to be scared about because in a world of billions Im insignificant......I travel never stopped, I work pay bills and enjoy as much free time I can get with the fam.....And dont take me as some lame old guy I did my stuff I have had my interaction with the law lol hell I was escorted off a plane by state police in Boston for a warrant that was 10 years old "speeding ticket" that was not removed by the warrant office when it was paid...........

Then I apologies, I have always been informed that the NSA only brief the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Executive Branch, at no point did I know of any direct communication with the military unless through other channels.
The point comes down what did you expect of any of these agency's.
I will tell you something that happen to me after 911, I flew out of Boston the day after on a C130 there where some civilian contractors first res-ponders on the flight and one of them turned and stated to the other I cant believe we have solders patrolling the airport I found it ironic that with all the travel that I have done not to see some form of military or other para military unit such as intervention units patrolling the airports, there is no country in the world that does not have some sort of military patrolling an airport, like many the only thing I see is usually state police, but that is not even the point we must understand that agency's must keep up with technology good or bad, yes there is room for abuse but what are the alternatives. Laws have adopted to situations remember when there where no thing such as miranda rights or search warrants just walk right in and search your stuff would you like to go back to those days.

I was living outside of ABQ, and one thing I remember most was how quiet the skies were.......... not even military planes, and it was also an AF base........... I lived beside a mountain that was used as a point for black hawks to practice on. but, that was a week after 911

No, I do not have or use a credit card, and don't use saving cards. If I don't have the cash to pay for it, I don't buy it. The last time I borrowed money was in 1979 for the house I still live in, and paid that off in 1989! I also don't care to be preached to, and questioned on the descisions I have made, good or bad! I am well aware of how governments and the economy works, and have watched the steady decline in my quality of life. Time marches on, and technology has dumbed down the system to where machines do all of our thinking now. Watch a young cashier try to make change without the register telling him/her how much. I really worry about the future with the growing dependency on people that think the Govt, needs to take care of them from cradle to grave, and doesn't realize that the Govt. gets it funding from the taxpaying citizens. The Constitution and Bill of Rights set the framework for the working and organization of this country, and the rights that are extended to All people.
Do not confuse a Right with a Priviledge, We have the Right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, education, health care, wealth, and other of what we need to live are not, in my opinion, Rights, they are priviledges to be earned by hard work, and diligence! I only hope that some of the next generation look to history and see the mistakes that were made, and the good that was done, and take the road less travelled, and regain the work ethics, and morals of my parents, and my generation, and work hard, and earn those benefits that a lot of us fought so hard to give them.

But today 90% hotels wont take you without a credit card on record even if you pay cash, you are comparing a time when a handshake got a deal done to today That everything you do is a number.

I have to agree with a lot of people on here You have to put a few years on to really see whats happening. I feel the same CASH is king Back in 93 I walked thru a neighbor hood I liked and went door to door and asked "Do you want to se3ll your house?" Some thought I was nuts One guy said sure but not for 6 months I said I'll buy it today you can live here till then. His bank would not except cash they wanted to know how I got it. At that time I had 2 very lucrative bossiness and was a full time firefighter.Iwas put thru the wringer being treated like a drug dealer. So I paid him 9500 (Under the IRS limit) then another 9500 6 months later. he paid off the house. and I gave him the rest in cash. Then I bulldozed all but one room and rebuilt it all with cash.

When I travel almost all hotels except my name as mr. Jackson and show them my picture on a couple of green notes.
So you can take your handshake and give it your personal name you know the one you used before you had Ba!!s enough to ask for a date.
The gas card I use has my Grass cutters name on it. don't need a ID to get those free gas cards using their points.

I have long ago found that when someone deflects his thoughts on another's by repeating the long overused cliché....."what's the matter, does the truth hurt.....", it is best to let him revel in what he believes is a victory of his intellect, and in most cases I stand by what I said, and don't need to repeat it. You need to realize that in the repeated questioning and goding of peoples believes, you only tend to diminish your own. It's not worth the time to argue on emotion, when wisdom is lacking. onfire, i hear ya about the bank.at one they said i had to fill out a form stating i was not laundering money.
my response was that they had a record of every deposit i ever made, the majority direct payments. the teller said it was just a formality so i allowed the bank the formality of cashing out all my accounts. funny other banks are willing to do what i ask when i need a large amount with out looking down their noses at me. dang fiat money anyway.

You must never have used a fake drivers licence when you where younger. I never did, but you must have. I did lie about my age a time or two and got served in a couple of bars. Why would I need a fake driver’s license? There once was a time in this country when we were free and we didn’t have all the hen house rules and chicken crap regulations. You don’t have any idea what it’s like to be free. At 40 years old you have never experienced real freedom to be your own person and do what you want how you want, you have just been brain washed into thinking you are free, and just go along with your ID’s, and your permit fees, and taxes and asking permission for everything you do.
Just one question whats the difference with a SS number and drivers licence and a national id when you fly to have present id wouldn't you rather have something that has a bit more security than a drivers license which anyone can get.... The SS number is now a national ID, which proves the word of the government cannot be trusted. You see, back in the days of freedom, the people were promised that it would never be used for a national ID number. Of course the Indians were promised their land as long as grass grew and water flowed, and you might wonder where that got them. Frankly I think other stuff is going on that makes this data gathering pale in comparison, but the news media is giving Big O a pass. I don’t know about where you live, but in Oregon you have to show your original birth certificate in order to get a driver’s license or a renewal of the license you already have. And in my small town, we get pass ports at the post office, and you have to do the same there. Original birth certificate only, no family Bible, which was OK when my wife got her Social Security, but now is no good for proof of citizenship. At this point I could go on a rant about idiot politicians and illegals, but I won’t.

Well said, and believable until you realize that we now have Chicago politics on a national scale, the proof being the IRS targeting enemies of the regime. That’s the fear of this data base. Unless he does a coup, he’s only going to be around 3 more years, so what about the next guy. This one might target Republicans or Christians because of their moral stand on gay marriage. When the data is all gathered in one place, what makes you think a powerful leader, President or rogue bureaucrat for instance, wouldn’t decide to crush anyone that wants to home school, or to get charter schools because they teach the wrong thing, just like the powers in the regime are now using the IRS to crush Tea Party and other patriots. The regime already doesn’t trust veterans, what’s to stop them from making veterans miserable if they don’t toe the party line? Nothing, they’ll have the data. The IRS is doing it now. On the Embassy topic its not the issue of who, or how many where killed. That is a risk you take when you go to a place like that, just like military, police, fire fighters, ect.
