I found this in the old barn next to my house that has a dirt floor. I am 99.9 present positive that it is sterling. There is a word on it that I think is sterling but I am not positive. image.jpg
I think it is used to dispel fancy silverware but I am not positive.

This is image.jpg it holding a spoon.

If any one has a any idea of a age or if it something else, it would be very appreciated.

What are the ones in the pic you sent made of? Not the link, but the pic. They look very similar to mine.
