This is what the Mile High sun can do

I just got back from a short bike ride around the lake near by. It's 50 degrees outside, but the mile high sun feels better to a turtle than the cold lake water does. There were two of them sitting out on some concrete pipes sticking out of the water. Boy if that ain't a sign things are warming up when you see the cold blooded creatures emerge. Won't be long and the frogs will be singing at night.

Here in Maryland the tree frogs have been singing for about 2 weeks. But not last night!
