This weeks Dime Boxes - The Canadians are still invading! - Silver!

Got my 3 boxes this week and here's the results. Canadians are invading my boxes.

Box 1: Skunk
18 - Canadian Junk

Box 2: (Found 2 in 1 roll! 64 Rosie and 53 Canadian, only 4 coins apart.)
1 - 1964 Roosevelt Dime
1 - 1964D Roosevelt Dime
1 - 1953 Canadian 80% Dime
2 - Canadian Junk

Box 3:
1 - 1961D Roosevelt Dime
2 - Canadian Junk

Not too bad. Keeps up my average of around 1+ a box.

If you call a 2 hour drive near, then yes. :P

I don't mind finding canadian. I use it as an indicator of potential silver. Because if there are canadian in there which are easier than silver to get rid of, then it's possible there's silver in the box. Just surprised to be finding canadian silver in US dime boxes. Found 2 last week, and this week 1. First canadian silver I've come across in boxes.

Yup, I consider that close. I also like finding Canadians or any foreigns, especially foreign silver.

Kamyu, there is a lot of canadian silver out there. I'm about 2 hours from the border also. I average about 5-10 canadians or more per $100 searched, be it boxes or cwr. I've filled two rolls with silver canadian dimes in 3 years. Like you mentioned, if you find canadian dimes, chances are higher for finding silver, US or otherwise. ffd
