This years goals please add yours!!

Last year some of us posted our goals for the year. I started with 1500oz then lowerd it to 1200oz and tryed pretty hard to do 1000oz and ended up with 921.8 oz am very happy with that. This year am going to try to do 1000oz And hope i do 1200oz I would love to see your goals.

Wow- I love many of the respectable goals posted here. I, myself, would like to see my son pull a "nice stack" or two while we check the piles. As far as ounces, 1 more is all I'll ever ask for!

Have to say though- I just don't see 5000 ounces as very logical in theory or practice. Seems that would require 34,000 40%ers (or 34 solid $500 boxes). Good goal I suppose, but 93 finds a day- every day of the year.... I ponder if- 3 per $500 box is average = thats 11,333 boxes to search (31 boxes every day of the year). That is also to say $5,667,000 face value to search through. I'm impressed! I'd be more impressed to actually see an image of the 18 TONS of halfs to be searched. That's awesome. Good luck!

I haven't found anything lately not looking too hard. Would like to find a Ben or Walking liberty in a teller tray or CWR. As for quantity oh maybe 20 90% and 100 40%. I don't go through boxes just whatever a bank may have. I would also like to begin metal detecting in a big way this year.

I'm still waiting on my first Walker. Other than that, I'd like to get at least 69 ozt; double what I found last year.

After 200+ oz last year, I'm actually cutting back hunting this year, going for 75 oz. My main goal though is to buy an 1893S Morgan dollar w/ CRHing profits for my registry set. Gotta get the most expensive coins first if you want to complete the set!

Keep my volume up at 25 boxes per week. Dumping volume is making that a challenge. I'd love to get 1000 oz., but am thankful for whatever I find. Realistically 500 oz.
