Thoughts on this off center cent I just found.

I have never found one this far off center. I wish it was in better condition. Does it have any value?

Thanks for the replies. It was pretty neat to find. I am surprised it stayed in circulation as off center as it is. Looks like someone would have seen it when it was newer.
