The snow finally melted, the ground thawed. I found a silver coin (1942-s silver nickel) dug up ten wheats including a 1930-s, was enjoying life again...... It's snowing heavily outside, three inchs so far, up to another 7 predicted... Why, Why, WHY!......Kane 23

hi kane23, the weather forecast for over here this weekend was clear and sunny, but they have now changed their minds and forecast sleet and snow for tomorrow. I am still going detecting due to cabin fever but I feel your pain. I hope it thaws for you guys soon .

It no better here in Northern MI.................I was starting to see grass yesterday and woke up to day with snow in the forecast until March 1. Everyone laughed at me and told me not to expect spring until June................................JUNE!!!!!!!

Sounds about the same as here in northern VA. We are starting to see bare ground and there is more snow in the forecast for later this week.
