Today was a good ring day

I had told myself that I wanted one more ring this year. Today I took the xlt out with one of my custom programs to a location where kids used to play in the mud. The soil was about perfect with the moisture we’ve had lately. I had been digging nearly all of the signals trying to come up with a ring. I finally came up with the little earring. I started making circles around the area and my next signal was the larger sterling ring. After a lot more trash I finally got the second sterling ring. I decided to hunt towards a water fountain and on the way got an 18 VDI. Up came a little 10K gold ring with four little stones in it. It was a good way to end the year.

Heck yeah! I told myself I wanted to find one more ring before year's end, and got zippo! Still might get one more hunt in before end of the year, but will probably hit a place where rings are scarce.
