Rough numbers- As a wise man once taught me though... the more volume you do, the faster you clear out the skunks!

Ouch you're getting a dose of the funk I've been getting the last few days.....If it makes you feel any better I'm 4 boxes in and 4 skunks....6 to go

The worst part of it is expecting a bad batch of skunks and having to go through them never the less. If one is expecting good boxes, then one can look forward to the rest. However the opposite can be very true. I still have some boxes that I haven't gone through as part of yesterday's pickup because I don't expect much other than skunks. I notice that in the past, if there was a good string of boxes, they usually follow up with a bad string. I don't know why but it seems to happen like that out here. There was a month earlier last year that was exceptional for CRHing boxes out here. It was an outlier compared to other months. It was followed up by one that was very bad. The same thing happened to me the year before. However the last four months of 2011 have just been terrible for CRHing boxes out here. I'm in the process of transitioning to doing more pennies until I see a rebound.

Opening 850 rolls for 8 40s... OUCH! Hopefully the next batch treats you a little better.

The more volume you do the quicker you get the through the skunks.

I did 8 Boxes this week with similar results. It's impossible to look at the stack of boxes before the search and not get hopes up. Even the best hunters have dry spells. If Cards doesn't bounce back were all screwed, there must be none left
