well went in n cash my coins intoday n had alittle promble with the bank, they had no promble taking my coins just thier machine jammed up n they didnt relize it i knew i had over 300 in change n they said i only had 220 so the tell said she will give the manager a note to balance out the machine n see what happen well i got a call about 4 hours later that they found out what happen n that they deposit another 115 into my account. except worring about what happen to my money they all was very nice almost feel bad making them my dump bank , almost lol. well after i dump my coins i went to my silver bank (the only one i've gotten silver from) n ask it they got anymore halfs n they said no :( but thier bag will be filled maybe next week so that will give me 500 dollars next week to check lol so i ended up getting 60 in nickels and 50 in dimes heres my finds

nickel's

4 candians 1979, 1994, 1999, n 2004
i also pulled out all the s mint marks i fould 3-68, 3-69, 5-70
a mint looking 64d i just have to keep and a 1963 with what looks like a die crack from top to bottom.

dimes

a 62 rossie sliver woohoo
2 candians 1977, 2004

so out of 110 i ended up with a sliver nickel and sliver dime made my day :) anyone know if any of the candians are sliver or should i just toss them back.

Keep an eye on the canadian dimes. Pre 1967 were 80% silver, 1967-1968 50% silver. However in 1968 I think they also started with the clad version as well. I found a 1962 a few days ago.

Congrats on the silver dime! I've noticed alot of you are saving the post-silver Canadians. Is it just to fill an album? I've thrown back hundreds of them this year, no sir, I don't like 'em! A full roll of Canadian dimes is 3/4 as long as a US roll....the coin counter spits em out like a bad taste! Maybe I will start saving them for others that collect em. FFD

i dont save my candian i only want the silver ones' :) i greedy like that lol i didnt know what years was candian silver but thanks to salaloid i know now thanks for the imfo salaloid.
