Today we went back to Himself’s favourite Roman field, it was harvested this week and today we followed the tractor as it chopped the stubble 😎 xx

First off this very chunky Fibula, parts of crotal bells, tiny watch winder, a broken ring, little buckles, tiny flower button, muskets and part of a thimble, lead weight, buttons, a token, and a gorgeous 1936 Sixpence!

Hopefully we will get out again tomoz…. but currently rain forecast 😳 xx

Great finds, and I love that blue flower. Strange tracks on the tractor. Is that typical instead of wheels?

The flower is a Cornflower.. they are so pretty, I asked about the tracks.. apparently more traction for pulling the thing behind.. which is called a Sumo 🤔…

Well that makes sense. Sumos definitely do not want to be moved.

(That cake emoji was just on the selection menu.)
A real one would have too many candles.🤣

Nice recoveries! And it looks like you and himself were making the most efficient use of your time ie following the tractor! Always a joy to see your posts!

Wow, Blossom and Himself! Is there going to be anything left for anyone else when you two get done hunting those fields? :notworthy: Congratulations... again!

My guess is not much...but the fun part is that for every 3 finds it's 2 amazing for Blossom, 1 ok recovery for Himself. :)
