Hit a park in a nearby town and scored a few keepers. The E-trac doing a mighty fine job in an iron infested park.

Nice silvers and foreign coin? Are the pennies wheats? Congrats on a good hunt

It's a German States: Prussia: 3 Pfenninge and yes the pennies are wheats

Congratz on the oldies. You get 2x the atteboys for having gotten the oldies out of stingy worked out turf ! A sort of sport and challenge all-to-itself !

Congrats on eking out a fist full of keepers from that park. :occasion14: I'd love to dig one of those 1869 coins.

The odd thing is the park was built in the 1950's. We have found coins from Mexico, Britain, Philippines, China, Germany and of course the US.

It may have been a field where they held revivals, local fairs, or other community events.

I think your right LD, I also found 2 Nazi membership pins in the same park.

Cool finds in that park. Nice Merc by the way!

Nice finds for any park, good job!
