I just sent a blank copy to you. You'll need somekinda database editor, you'll need to learn it on your own. I make a new one for each year, and that's the way I do things - of which you may not.

My MS Access is more than a decade old, the download still works for me. Actually, I think it would work on any database editor - even the free ones available on-line. But you are on your on with your adventures with it. I do not provide tech support = got too many troubles of my own.
